On May 9, 2023, Concordia Theological Foundation President David Hawk awarded 24 outstanding Concordia Theological Seminary students a check for $2,000.00 each. The 24 students were selected by professors of the Seminary based upon their scholarship and their assessment that each will faithfully serve as a confessional Lutheran pastor as members of the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod. Based upon their recommendation, the Trustees of Concordia Theological Foundation met and adopted a resolution authorizing these distributions together with an additional distribution to Concordia Theological Seminary Fort Wayne in continued support of the training of confessional Lutheran pastors to serve in the church. A check for $200,040.00 was presented to Seminary President Lawrence Rast by Foundation President David Hawk. During the 2022-2023 school year, the Foundation gave the seminary and students a total of $258,000.00.  We praise our Lord for His blessing the Foundation, Seminary, and Students.  Check out the student recipients below.
